What do you dream about?
I think that if you really want to get to know somebody, get to know their dreams. As my good friend says, a dream is your first thought in the morning, the last thought before you go to sleep, and occupies your thoughts in between. Here are a few of mine:
Dream Space
School has really never been my thing. Ever since I was a kid in primary school, I’ve found myself daydreaming about all the projects I want to work on like starting a clothing company or making my first documentary or whatever else is exciting to me. Half way through college I realized that I wasn’t getting the education I wanted, so I decided to start a production company while finishing my degree, which was tough but worth every second. Today, I run Dream Space Studios & Dream Space Weddings, and I’m loving every second of it. However, 2 years, 5 years, 20 years from now, who knows how many fun projects I’ll be working on! If you’re curious, ask me about my project list I’ve kept for the past 6 years.
Chosen Family
I have a pretty strict list of the most important things in the world to me. It goes like this. Family, Passions, Work, Travel. My dad always told me, family is family, nothing else is family. As a social kid, I grew up having lots of friends, which I’m very grateful for. However as time goes on, I’ve found that I enjoy investing my time into a small group of friends. They’re who I call my “Chosen Family”. Outside of my personal life though, I make a great effort to make everyone I meet feel taken care of and listened to. I know what it’s like to be the outcast, and I want to make sure whenever you are, when you’re with me, you’re the most important person in the room.
Living My Best Life
I’ve really never been good at being just one thing. I spent the majority of my childhood frustrated and confused about who I wanted to be and why I couldn’t just be great at one thing like all of my hero’s seemed to be. More recently though, I’ve learned to accept that part of myself as a strength. With my crazy ADD brain, I’ve had the most wild experiences that have shaped who I am into the person I always wanted to be. Between my passion for extreme sports, traveling the world, filmmaking, playing music, technology, and all the other stuff I love, I really do thoroughly enjoy the vast majority of my life.
There was a period of time where I really struggled to find happiness in my every day life. After years of hermitting myself in my room and avoiding growth, I found that simply learning to accept who I really am and loving myself as I am, was the key to my happiness all along. Today, I just try to be friendly to everybody I meet, experience as much of the world as I possibly can through my short life here on earth, and love hard. Oh, and of course, Dream Wild.

BACKSTORY
I take
photos,
too!
Psst... I'm not just a filmmaker.
Professionally, I was a photographer before I was a videographer. In high school, I spent every weekend taking friends out to any interesting spot we could find in our boring town to do impromptu photoshoots.
In photography, my true love lies in landscapes. Specifically, I love Astro landscape photography. When I was 17, I went to visit my grandmother in Japan. As I was in Tokyo for vacation, I took my first ever HDR photo from the top of the Tokyo Sky Tree overlooking the skyline at night. Two years later, BOSCH found my photo and bought it to use as their BOSCH E-Bike 10-year anniversary headlining photo. No, I can't show you the photo... BOSCH owns it!
My dream is to take couples out to destinations like Yosemite or Zhangjiajie to take stunningly beautiful photos in the mountains. Alternatively, I'll settle for some other crazy adventure... If you haven't gathered yet, I pretty much love photography and adventure so, mixing those two in any capacity gets me super amped.
